Allen & Shariff Construction began as a vision of Zack Shariff and William Allen. Their plan was to establish a construction services team to compliment the engineering and design core of the company. Additionally, the plan was to capitalize on the evolving popularity of design-build projects by enabling the owner/client to basically go “one stop shopping” through acquisition of our design and construction expertise.


Since the inception of Allen & Shariff Construction Services, we have rapidly grown to over $15 million per year in annual revenues. Our project types include construction, design-build, and construction management where we provide our expertise to our clients to assist them with their construction needs and operations.


Our portfolio of projects includes a wide variety of project accomplishments from simple office tenant fit outs and reconfiguration of building systems through repairs and upgrades, to the more complex projects, such as complete mechanical systems’ overhauls, new building construction, historical restorations, site work and more. Some of our projects included environmental reviews and permitting, historic work plan approvals, testing, and other compliance requirements.


Since graduating from the Federal Government’s Minority Business Enterprise program (SBA’s 8(a) program), we have undertaken larger and more complex construction projects. Our expert project management, on-site superintendence, quality control, safety, and administrative operations allow us to provide our clients with the utmost professional construction services possible.
