Through our Joint Venture (JV) with GDI, Allen & Shariff Construction was recently awarded several new design-build and construction projects with NAVFAC Washington, DC. These new projects are:
Henderson Hall Marine Corps Base, Arlington, Virginia:- Design-Build Gym Connector and Upgrades to the Fitness Center - $1,684,418
- Design-Build Pool Enclosure and Upgrades to Bath House Facility - $1,161,628
Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia:
- Security Improvements for Waste Water Treatment Facility - $624,385
U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD:
- Repair/Replace High Temperature Water (HTW) Compensators - $158,814
- Replace Chilled Water Tertiary Pumps - $596,027
- Repair Colonnades at Bancroft Hall - $256,148
- Interior Historic Restoration of Mahan Hall - $1,117,530
Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA):
